We provide opportunities for children to develop a sense of responsibility and contribute positively to the school community. Each year, pupils are elected to represent their peers on the School Council, working alongside the Senior Leadership Team to share ideas and support school improvement.

In addition, children may take on roles such as Eco Council, promoting sustainability within the school, as well as a range of classroom responsibilities. These opportunities help to develop teamwork, leadership skills and independence.
